Dunkin'

I was very disappointed. Looks like the focus is on coffee and no longer on doughnuts at this location. Not a lot of variety of donuts here. I guess that should be expected since they took them out of their name as well.

Went at night to grab 2 drinks. They made my coffee wrong. They either put too much cream or milk it tasted bad.

Quick and efficient Dunkin Donuts. They are very friendly and always gets the orders correct. I had the Peach Energy Drink and it was amazing

Saturday, 4/13/2024 at 7:40 PM This service area must stay open. There hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. They shouldn’t lock the door inside. Also customers need to use the restrooms as well. Shame on them. They are trouble. I don’t recommend this service area to anyone and I hope they will loose a lot of business.

Ordered delivery on UberEats tonight. I ordered a dozen donuts. 6 glazed and 6 powdered. I received 9 glazed and 3 powdered. The powdered were as hard as a rock and tasted overcooked. I has to spit it out. I gave 3 stars for food because the glazed donuts were okay. I won't be ordering from here again. ?

This place is hardly ever open to use the restrooms. It’s ridiculous. You’re on a highway you’re a rest area and there’s no facilities to use.I’m gonna be making a phone call to corporate Dunkin because I think it’s unacceptable, And I’m gonna be calling the state of New York because you shouldn’t be allowed to operate if you’re not here for the commuters and the travelers on this road! Your sign says that the lobby and the drive-through are open till 10 PM and it’s never the case!

Why is Google maps asking me to review dunkin donuts? Nobody ever goes there because they like it, it's just cheap and always there.

Cant follow simple instructions! I always order caramel macchiato and request the coffee (espresso) at the bottom. The first time he didnt quite understand what i meant, so i let it slide. The next two times, he repeated my instructions so i thought he got it. But still my drink comes out mixed. And its always with the same guy on the drive thru counter. All other dunkin branches can make it, but this branch, for some reason, cant follow simple instructions.

I come here almost daily on my way to work. The one time I ask for my drink to be remade because I thought it was too sweet the woman behind the counter gets an attitude. Unbelievable.
