Dunkin' has recently remodeled, but its location in a rough neighborhood can be a problem. Despite this, the food and beverages are consistently good, and the drive-through is a convenient option for morning commuters. The store has finally found an excellent employee, Injamam Karin, who provides wonderful service and makes customers' days. However, the long wait times during weekday mornings are a drawback, and the store might need to consider hiring additional staff to improve efficiency.
