I’ve ordered from here many times due to my job being down the block and each time there is an issue. There can be 3 people behind the counter yet they will only take 1 order at a time, make there food and then take the next customer making people wait 20-30 minutes for their order which is ridiculous. They need a better system here. Today I experienced this same thing where 2 employees were leaving for the day. 1 of them made herself a cup of coffee and even grabbed a donut or two for their child and left. I didn’t see her ring it up in the system either. Plus the ones who were supposed to be on the clock didn’t take an order for about 10 minutes because they were working on one order. Finally, they took my order as you can see on the receipt and made it. They were about to give it to me and then the guy took it back, made a whole new bagel which turned to be the wrong bagel!!! I ordered an everything bagel with butter and they gave me a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese. I ended up throwing it away because I had no time to go back and spend another 20-30 minutes there for them to make another one. The hash browns I ordered, 1 set came burnt and the other tasted like straight freezer/ uncooked. This has happened before as well. The only reason I’ve returned is because it’s the only Dunkin in the area but after this I’m not so sure I will return. I wasn’t the only one who had an issue this day either with this place in fact when another person complained about their cup not tasting right, the employee was arguing saying she made it correctly instead of just remaking it.

Not as attentive as other Dunkin locations.I gave it another chance, 2 employees struggled to get the order for 4 ice cream cups correct. When we got the bags 3 of the 4 cups were on their sides in the bag. They clearly don't care and/or are incapable of the job...
The slowest service you will receive at any Dunkin you go to. I mean 15 min standing first in line waiting while they get their act together.

I ordered coffee and donuts. I was handed the bag of donuts while they were pouring the coffee. I reached in but noticed it seemed half closed, looked inside and the inside of the bag was stuck together with a piece of chewed gum. I showed them what happened and they immediately became defensive and said that's strange I don't know how that could have happened. I said I don't care, I want my money back for the donuts. They tried to get me to take more donuts but I refused. I paid with my debit but they gave me cash back never once apologizing. I just looked on my bank account they charged me for the refund so not only didn't I get a refund but didn't get the donuts either. Stay away from this location like Covid.
They give you old products (donuts, bagels) and service is too long.
