4 stars are for the coffee. Food items are convenient but not great. Service can be slow even if you pre-order on the app. The atmosphere is neutral - they are all decorated the same way.
Amid did a great job making my ice coffee. Usually I have trouble in DD explaining how I want it and they get the pricing all wrong. I was walking to meet up with someone on a Cold Rainy Sunday but Amids customer service made my day. Thank again!

Not as attentive as other Dunkin locations.I gave it another chance, 2 employees struggled to get the order for 4 ice cream cups correct. When we got the bags 3 of the 4 cups were on their sides in the bag. They clearly don't care and/or are incapable of the job...
