I got bread sliced and baklava. I never had baklava that was cold but it was good. Flaky not too sweet. I ate half but a couple of minutes after eating it I got a tingling sensation in my mouth like tooMuch extract, sugar or honey it happens when something gets cold and defrostsVegetarian options: Vegetarian it’s a bakery no meat here
I haven't had the pastries but was able to grab some ice coffee with a friend. For a small little shop I would say it offered more than I expected. There's plenty of seating. The coffee was pretty decent. For the price? It was a steal! Plus the youngster at the register was very pleasant. I wish they offered nondairy options for my lactose intolerant friend BUT again for a small local business, I don't expect it to be just like a Starbucks.

The bakery has a very nice European vibe. I've bought Baklava twice and it's the most delicious baklava I've ever tasted. It's rare you find a bakery in the Bronx that makes baklava and if you ever have a taste for baklava, I recommend you call to see if they can put some pieces aside for you. I will most definitely ? buy more baklava.
