E & V Bakery, a landmark in Van Nest with nearly 100 years of history, is known for its real quality Italian bread reminiscent of the Bronx. Customers praise their fresh, out-of-the-oven bread that is ready to eat by itself. The bakery's helpful staff and excellent customer service make it a beloved local spot. Sadly, the bakery closed in November, ending a long tradition of offering delicious bread that will be missed by many in the community.
