Came it at 8:35pm on Wednesday. The store is open but the workers are saying they are closed. I get coming in five minutes before and them not having anything but cmon…This is either gross over estimation of product or lazy workers. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO…

Came here 11/7 around 6pm, a girl with piercings, curly hair & glasses made me drink. I witness this girl spill my drink all over the floor & her hand. She did not clean her hands but instead put the plastic on top shake my drink & while shaking my drink the boba was literally flying in the air then she handed me my drink while it was wet & sticky, didn’t even try to wipe it or anything. Then when I asked for a napkin she gave me an attitude. Terrible customer service

Just drove all the way from another town for them to tell me that they close at 8:30 when it says 9pm. They asked me if i was picking up and i said no and they said they were closed but if you’re waiting for pick ups why can’t you service customers?

I come here all the time and today I came in at 8:45 and was told they are closed . But there website said they are open until 9. The lady in the front said they stop taking orders at 8:30 ! They should state this in their website ! Waste of time !

Every time I visit this location about 15 minutes before closing, the staff refuses to assist me. I completely understand wanting to wrap things up for the night, but if the store hours say you’re open until 9 PM, customers should be able to place orders until then. This has happened more than once, which is why it’s becoming frustrating.
What makes it even more disappointing is that the times I have been able to order, I really enjoyed the boba. That’s why I keep coming back, I genuinely like the drinks. But when I stop by after work, still well within store hours, I’m not able to get served. I hope this can be addressed so customers who arrive before closing time can still be helped

First time trying boba and I’m so glad I came to Gong Cha! I had no idea what to order, but Karina and Jaritxa were both super welcoming and helpful. Karina recommended the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea — she said it was their most popular, and now I know why. So good!
She even asked me how sweet I wanted it and if I preferred light ice, which made the whole experience feel really personalized. The shop was super clean and both girls were so sweet and friendly. 10/10 service — I’ll definitely be back!
I know these girls are young but I've stopped coming here because how rude they are and there attitudes instead try the boba place that's a little bit up the block they are much kinder!! And they have donuts

Tanned skinned Asian looking female that makes the tea/ register was not helpful & pretty dismissive. It was my First time there and she did not assist me with any suggestions or explain any flavors. If it were for her customer service I would definitely not return.
