I am a frequent customer of Gong Cha. Taking my ladyfriends to the place has helped me create a social atmosphere where we share a love for bubble tea. Even my tutoring student loves the strawberry bubble tea. My personal favorite is Passionfruit Green Tea, Regular Sugar and Ice, and I use the FIVESTARS App for lists of perks in my favorite stores. Just put in your number and earn points! The employees there are friendly, professional and can be sometimes conversational with an occasional smile from the beautiful cashiers. Thank you Gong Cha! Vegetarian options: You can mention any vegan/vegetarian ingredients to the cashier to replace the usual ingredients in their beverages. Simply ask.

Everytime I come in to this exact store with this location there's teenagers playing around and don't greet customers.. always on there food when ones ready to take there order. Poor customer service.

great boba tea as always but not very welcoming workers. didn’t apologize when they gave my order wrong and stood quite when i said thank you and merry Christmas. i understand its the holidays and being tired but its always nice to provide good customer service.

I’m usually not a boba person but sometimes I be craving a nice dirty brown sugar boba. Whenever I get my boba it always tastes good. One time I ordered it and there was this worker who went by the name Elvin or something, he gave me a little extra foam on the top and made my day. He cracked a joke here and there while I was waiting for my order. Also the K-pop music be hitting ???

I couldn’t keep this to myself but my drink was made perfectly. I’ve never met someone who met my expectations and the worker Elvin(if I recall correctly) made my dream order come true, he even gave me advice for my personal life; I really appreciated that. Highly recommend!!????
