Honestly great tea from here, the only issue is have with this is sometimes the boba isn't made well and they never answer their phones but would still reccomend them for a drink

Every time I visit this location about 15 minutes before closing, the staff refuses to assist me. I completely understand wanting to wrap things up for the night, but if the store hours say you’re open until 9 PM, customers should be able to place orders until then. This has happened more than once, which is why it’s becoming frustrating.

First time trying boba and I’m so glad I came to Gong Cha! I had no idea what to order, but Karina and Jaritxa were both super welcoming and helpful. Karina recommended the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea — she said it was their most popular, and now I know why. So good!

She even asked me how sweet I wanted it and if I preferred light ice, which made the whole experience feel really personalized. The shop was super clean and both girls were so sweet and friendly....
