I’ve been going here since 1990’s and knew the actual founders (mom and dad) with their beautiful spirit and glowing skin! Now their offspring have kept and maintained a beautiful place (upgraded from a smaller shop across the street) and are so knowledgeable and caring! You have to try for yourself it’s top of the line! I love this place . The smoothie are the best. But the customer service is always on point. When I walk in I feel like I’m home. I buy a smoothie at least once a week.

I've been a customer for many years as the establishment grew and transitioned from father to son. The staff is well versed in mixing tasty, nutritional juices with a large variety of fruit, protein and my favorite, the sea moss. They truly cater to health and wellness with shelves stocked with vitamins, minerals and tonics as well as some food items. And the fresh baked cakes and patties are delicious.

The guy making the juices likes to gossip too much! Spread rumors and assume things about ppl. This just shows that just because you are so-called healthy of body that you still may not be healthy of mind! Bad minded! Stay away!

This is a great place! They make powerful drinks! They have a variety of supplements and things to make you strong. I love this store and so do all the other folks who frequent the shop. It can get crowded because it is the spot and has been for years. They used to be across the street but now have grown into a larger place. Brother George, the owner, is the king and a great man!! Now his son has taken over and he is maintaining the legacy!! Go there fellows and ladies to get your groove on and hopping if you know what I mean. The roots tonic with tiger is the Bomb!

Great selection of vitamin supplements. List of natural juices and vegan snacks. Great staff. I get my monthly supply for me and my family. Has helped us so much. Especially during flu and cold season.
