I had a double espresso and Avocado Egg Tomato sandwich.

Sandwich was delicious and espresso was great. Not every cafe gets espresso right so loved it here.

For a bit of that joie de vivre, that ease of being, enveloped by the aroma of the coffee, the warm atmosphere and friendly, personal service that remembers regular customers. A brief, calming respite from a hectic New York City routine…you almost forget that you are on the way to that 9 am meeting at the office after dropping your kids at school… a neighborhood gem, located around a quiet corner, steps from the Van Cortlandt Park and minutes from the Riverdale/Fieldston...

Brilliant small coffee shop serving good coffee, home made bagels, pastries, and some balkanic specialties (Burek cheese pie, balkan coffee). Great place to caffeinate up for a trip out of town. Metered parking.
