Update: they came in person to refund me and apologize
I placed an order during my break 30 mins in advance it was not ready when I arrived. There was a hair in the rice. I order a combination order what I assumed meant fried rice and my order but that meant it had pork and shell fish which Im allergic too. I tossed the order and they refused to give me a refund till I go back and handed them the food. I'm at work and they called 3 times after just to tell me to give it back so they can make me a new plate

I have been eating here for years and the employees have always been friendly with me. Great service and good food. The lady at the front is the sweetest. Whenever I recommend friends to eat here I always hear good things. Only thing is depending on how much you order or how busy they are you probably gonna wait longer then usual but I always just call ahead and order for a pickup to avoid that.

I had such a great experience at this restaurant! The service was so nice and warm—everyone was friendly and attentive, which made me feel really welcome. The food was yummy, freshly made, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!
The food did not taste good, it tasted like refrigerator. I can"t tell you not to buy from here but unless you are really hungry save yourself a bad experience and go somewhere else. The rice is hard and taste bad. Spend yout money wisely.

I had a terrible experience at Hong Kong Restaurant (1811 Williams Bridge Rd., Bronx, NY). The manager, J, was extremely rude and unapologetic. My order was incorrect, and instead of correcting it, he argued with me about what I had ordered and what I wanted to eat. He refused to accommodate me and was aggressive, speaking over me and not allowing me to express my concerns. The lack of customer service was shocking. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
