I called and normally it’s a women. Today a man answered and it sounded so unprofessional. I asked for white sugar and he did not make sure it was in the bag. I made sure to call so you can get all the money and if I would have done it in a app I would gotten my money back for not putting sugar in the bag like I asked. When the women answered I always got everything I asked for. The food is always excellent.
Service is friendly and quick. The food is very good and offer something unique to the neighborhood. Definitely recommend if in the East Tremont neighborhood. Smokey burger is my favorite item on the menu. Also the cajun fries are a 10/10
We eat here often. There food is very delicious. My daughter is a picky eater so the anything she likes to get when we visit NYC is bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. She loves their sandwiches. The food has always tasted fresh.
