I ordered 10 piece leg and thigh special. I got home and my hubby went took a bite and yelled. When I turned to look he was spitting out the chicken, along with a long black hair! I called to explain what had happened. Gentleman answered and apologized and told me to bring it back. He stated I could get a replacement. I return to the establishment and the lady behind the counter asks me where is the hair!!?? I pointed out the chicken my husband had taken a bite out of which was in the box. The lady inspected it, took out the boten piece, threw it out, but did not dispose of the rest of the nine pieces that remained in the box that had the piece my husband boten and the hair!!!! That is not only a health code violation but also DISGUSTING!! NEVER BOUY FROM THIS KENNEDY FRIED CHICKEN!!!

Wow! This is the worst food I have ever had. In all fairness you expect that from Kennedy. Just don't order the spicy boneless chicken wings. Dude! They aren't even real meat! They are pulverized chicken buts molded to look like a flat piece of chicken go for the real fried chicken.

NEED TO CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT !!!I ordered a 3 piece chicken ‘& 2 cold slaws. So chicken parts were extremely small - (BABY CHICKEN) but still charged full price. The cold slaws were spoiled.When I walked in the place , female worker/ owner was arguing with a customer because she wanted her money due to the food tasting BAD .TWO COPS walked in to find owner & customer arguing and cursing.The owner shouldn’t argue with customers who purchase from them. They need to find out why the food id BAD & how the food is stored. Find a solution before someone gets really sick

Great food, a lot of choices to eat. The chicken is a little bit on the salty side but its so good. The fries are exceptional as well. Great local store.
