I ordered some lunches. One of which included their baked chicken. The chicken was so dry and hard. It felt and tasted as if it was sitting there since the morning. It also came warm. The beans were a bit watered down. And to top it off, they don't come to your door, you have to come meet them at the lobby.

I could have sue this restaurant. This place should inform or educate their employees on what a service animal is. One of the employees said no dogs were allowed so I showed proof that my dog was a service animal however, the employee said she didn't care and that I wasn't allowed with my dog. I explained to her my rights and she didn't believe me. I have never felt so disrespected. This is unbelievable. Employees were rude too.

DISGUSTING!!!! I asked for "fresh" garlic shrimp and was served shrimp in a pool of grease. In addition the waiters were rude. Do not go to this place. I would never go back!

Came across this nice Dominican restaurant and ordered a few drinks on a girls night out and I was surprise by the up charge of this restaurant. I am a person who have been to many restaurants all over New York City and across the states and have never encounter the outrageous prices at this restaurant. I ordered a Malibu with pine apple and got charged $16 per drink never have I paid this for this drink. Even in Manhattan the max I have paid was $12. My sister ordered a frozen drink in a small cup and was charged $20 per drink went being brought up with the manager he was rude and disgusting and told us to pay and leave if we didn't like it. I would not recommend this place they will take all your money and be disrespectful.

These niggas here is racist asf. First off their business is like a dingy a** Spanish restaurant with a bar and lounge in the back. My mans had an event there and brought more business than these people had ever seen but they didn't want us there because we weren't buying bottles mind you we were buying hella hookahs, pitchers of drinks as well as drinks from their overpriced a** bar ( I'm talking 20 beans for pineapple juice with a splash of casamigos). Overall don't recommend this place for anything cuz even my arroz con pollo was a*** No vayan aquí...just in case ya needed it in Spanish

Attending an event here, the staffing was very money hungry and greedy with customers, trying to overcharge on bottles and drinks for no reason other than their own personal gain. Once the waitress gave us the bill for $470 tax and gratuity included, she tried to sneak a charge for $520. I caught her and she tried to act funny, I'm sure this is illegal and other people experience this same thing. I truly would not recommend any events here. La Nueva SUCKS! They only cater to hispanics!

overpriced, even for a "happy hour". they shut a good party down for no valid reason... very upsetting for me and my homegirls. Although we enjoyed the music (from an outside DJ btw) we were overcharged and constantly rushed to pay or buy more. Now thinking of it, they may have added extra charges but I did not question it at the time. The table next to us was being rushed and asked to leave so we invited them to our table so they could stay. Sad to see, I never write reviews even for bad service, but this is unacceptable.

The total was $125, with tip included and we gave the waitress an extra $10 in cash. When I checked my cc statement, it showed $140, which means, either the management of the place or the waitress added an extra $15 to my tap without my permission. As the amount it's not HUGE, I didn't feel like having to jump through hoops to dispute it, although, I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Later when we were at the lounge/bar side, our bill was $370 and my gf was charged $385 instead. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MOTTO!

Nice place, a little pricey for the drinks and honestly the drinks are not all that. Best bet to go on happy hour. The vibes is nice as well as the music. Food is decent. And the hookah are ok.

This was the worse experience ever!!!! I came in with my family. We sat in the outside area because we thought it was nicely set up. There was a lounge area but we were there as family so that wasn't really our vibe. We waited one hour for three people's meal. Our salad was terribly brown, our meat was cold and our tostones came from the table behind us who also returned them for being cold. We tried to speak to the owner and he didn't even say a word to us like he couldn't speak and didn't care. There card machine does not work and even though I tried to pay for my juice and believe me I have funds in my account. We swiped three times declined. They urged me to use ATM I looked at it (super sus) like it could copy my card so I left. Save your TIME and MONEY don't come here. This isn't even my first worse experience here and I don't write reviews so know that it took a lot of frustration to write this.
