Very great cake and nice staff. I do think they would benefit from being green and using compostable or biodegradable packaging. They sell a lot of single serving cakes and are right in front of a beautiful park that gets constant liter due to people throwing these and other containers around. The area in front frequently had rats as well. So they could use some good hygiene.
Lloyds cakes are a staple in our family birthdays. I forgot to order in advance because life happens, they definitely made sure I walked out with a cake and gave me an offer. It all worked out! I couldn’t be happier. The friendly staff only shined positivity. One of the owners waved at my son and was super lively. Thank you all!
I was so excited to finally get to try Lloyd’s Carrot Cake, but the service I experienced at their main store was lackluster, to say the least. No warm greeting, no acknowledgment. The guy at the counter didn’t say a word to me. He was rude, but hopefully the sweet- tasting carrot will make up for the sour customer service I received.
