Lloyds cakes are a staple in our family birthdays. I forgot to order in advance because life happens, they definitely made sure I walked out with a cake and gave me an offer. It all worked out! I couldn’t be happier. The friendly staff only shined positivity. One of the owners waved at my son and was super lively. Thank you all!
I was so excited to finally get to try Lloyd’s Carrot Cake, but the service I experienced at their main store was lackluster, to say the least. No warm greeting, no acknowledgment. The guy at the counter didn’t say a word to me. He was rude, but hopefully the sweet- tasting carrot will make up for the sour customer service I received.
I would like to take a moment to thank my renter for bringing me carrot cake from your business, which was considerately placed on ice and transported to Fort Myers, FL, as a gesture acknowledging my appreciation for carrot cake. I must say that your carrot cake is outstanding. Exceptional, and I wish there were an option to give more than five stars, as your dessert certainly merits 10 stars ⭐️.
