The man who takes the orders over the phone is rude and dismissive to non Spanish speaking patrons. I live across the street and love their food but hate their services. I literally eat it once a quarter because the servers turn me off to wanting to patronize. Recent interactions I ordered when I left the West 225th street station, after he hung up on me twice claiming to not hear me, yet responding to my questions. I get to West 231st station and walk to tge restaurant trying to pay, not expecting the food to be done. The heavier gentleman with the Grey curly hair looked at me like I who? What order? I say my name again and give the details of my order and the bane of my existence, the short dark haired man who always has a black baseball cap runs to put my order inv as the hefty one laughs and says he didn't even put the order in. This the kind of thing that is a constant and why I don't frequent often. Poor service and lack of professionalism. Do better. There are 1,000 Malecons in this community be humble. Have the day you deserve and will never recommend. High priced, dry and underwhelming chicken. Only come for the steak and thats been on a downward spiral 😮💨

This is a typical Dominican restaurant, the please is very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly Food was very nice and seasoned, the chicken is they main attraction rotisserie style with crispy skin , how ever I dint given them 5 stars because the rice was not jasmine rice which pair very nice with the beans , overall is a nice spot for a quick lunch .

Customer service has gotten bad . When I may an order to be delivered, the person on the phone is too bisy talking there co workers instead of taking my order. Also when I get my order delivered, the hoot is cold. I understand its winter but the food shouldn't be cold

Worst experience ever their was rat droppings all over the restaurant the owner was nasty with his mouth and I mention that he has rat pee and poop all over I couldn’t even sit down at the table because how disgusting it was

Unsanitary, the man who cuts up the chicken wore gloves and answered the phone and touched the credit card machine with the same greasy, chicken gloves and then went back to cutting up the chicken!!! How disgusting! Your business needs to practice more sanitary procedures when dealing with food! You will get ppl sick!!!
