One word….. DISGUSTING!! Ordered Big Mac meal, made to order which means i wanted everything freshly made on grill including freshly cooked hot French fries, waited a good 5 minutes at the table yet food arrived cold, because it was crowded and i was hungry i ate it (BIG MISTAKE!!) i got food poisoning, got sick and my mouth feels weird ever since i ate there, i really don’t understand why the employees are so lazy, there is no way that food was freshly done, it seems every McDonald’s in the bronx are the same, i always order freshly made and never get everything hot, when i go to Yonkers or New Jersey i always get everything hot, when i lift the burger bun you actually see steam , these dam bronx locations be serving cold or Luke warm food, also if you go to this location around 3pm it will be crowded and full of kids

I ordered 2 big breakfast orders, which is supposed to come with eggs, sausage, hash browns & pancakes. Well, both orders came with two dried up looking bacon strips, and one of the orders did not come with a biscuit. No sausage, wth…that’s the best part!!!! This Broadway location has been good in the past, but something has changed & the care for good service has diminished. Perhaps new management is needed, better training, or an overhaul of employees all together. Unacceptable!

The only reason why I gave McDonald's 4 stars for the atmosphere is because of the kids that are out of school. During the 3pm to 7pm time frame, they're usually there during the weekdays. Otherwise, it's wonderful and the workers there are nice and courteous.
