Everything was satisfactory, I purchased a chicken sandwich value meal and a McDouble value meal. Although the Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper were not marked, it was not a concern. I have never encountered any issues with the team members or food orders. The establishment was clean, efficient, and offered complimentary parking. Customers have the option to order at a kiosk or with a cashier. The location is consistently busy during the day, but tonight it was relatively quiet, with only my daughter and I present. She mentioned that the French fries were cold, but not unpleasant. As a treat, I purchased a vanilla cone for her and coffee for myself. Despite appearing to be short-staffed, the management successfully ensured that all orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. I intend to return to this establishment...

Placed a mobile order, did not receive a magical 4 digit confirmation number from the app but I had a mobile receipt and email confirmation but was still refused my order. They essentially stole $21 from me. Possibly the worst location in the Bronx, don’t even bother, I can go anywhere else in NYC to get mugged, I don’t need it to happen at McDonald’s.

Get rid of your manger rosemary she very unprofessional and very embarrassing to this McDonald's at 1826 eastchester road she locks the outside doors so nobody can't get in all orders are wrong this lady has a million rite ups and the higher up does nothing about it she brought his place down McDonald's hade very excellent workers they all left because of her lines very slow customers get there food cold I wounder if she every took her food license?the higher hase to do something about this before it goes really bad

They say they are 24 hours but the truth is they not. I place an order at 3:50 am they was fast to take my money but took for ever for one person to tell me they are closed!! That I have to cancel my order!! Not happy at all!!
