I went to this McDonald’s today and ordered from that automated system that McDonald’s uses now. I guess the one I used was defective because I placed my order and paid in that new system and it took my money gave me change but it did not give me a receipt and my order was not processed. I asked a worker for help and she told the manager and she told me that I was a liar that I did not place an order and did not pay. She was rude and disrespectful and I ended up having to call the police to have the issue handled because the manager either needs to get retrained or demoted because she is horrible!!!!!!! This McDonald’s needs to retrain there staff because the professionalism or should I say the phrase the customer is always right does not apply in this establishment!!!!!

Very rude or maybe prejudice I only say maybe because it can’t be proven but I asked the girl at the pick up window what number she called. She walked away as I’m showing her my number because it sounded as if she said it but her accent makes it unclear. The manager with the glasses has just as bad of an accent and just as insecure about her ability to communicate so she is no help. They will let your food get cold because they cannot communicate properly.
