I went to this McDonald’s today and ordered from that automated system that McDonald’s uses now. I guess the one I used was defective because I placed my order and paid in that new system and it took my money gave me change but it did not give me a receipt and my order was not processed. I asked a worker for help and she told the manager and she told me that I was a liar that I did not place an order and did not pay. They are becoming so bad, I had ordered the last 3 times and my orders keeps taking at least an hr to get delivered. I understand that McDonalds workers are known to not care but this is getting ridiculous
