I usually love Papa John's but unfortunately this order was a bit disappointing after I had my first slice of pizza and looked down to find that there was a dead bug underneath the pizza sliced that I just took a bite of. I would appreciate if somebody could get back to me about either a refund or another set of pizzas but deff not at this location because I don't want another dead bugs or worst case scenario the person that is making the pizza is not prolly wearing gloves. Dated, 10/30/2024 at exactly 2:51pm!!!!!!!! Don't take this as not serious cause If there's ???? ????, I will choose it!

Trash customer service , the managers talk to their customers like the food or free or something, very rude avoid buying food there at any cost, nasty managers and driver speak little or no English and hang up your
Papa John's stores are designed for takeout (at least the stores in NYC). The time of day that you order can affect how hot your pizza will be when it gets to you. Be prepared to reheat for evening deliveries.

How difficult today they made me wait an hour for a pizza after 25 minutes that I should have waited I will post the receipt with the time now my feet are sore from waiting difficult to hear laughter in the kitchen and they don't give me my pizza
