The Pizzas are always very rich, but sometimes they are called And the person who answers I do not know if they will always be angry but they are already called 5 times And they always cut me When I am asking The person is bored or No staff should be hired who is not angry And if they work, attending to the public that does it well, thank you.

Tried this place 3 times...

1st time...overcooked pizza, garlic sauce made in-house in clear containers...

2nd time...paid for extra garlic sauce....on 2 pies....got none....

3rd time...

Overcooked pizza, asked for extra sauce, seemed like less sauce...and 1 garlic sauce for 2 pies ....big let down

After Pizza was delivered cold, the manager offered a free pizza next time I order so I can keep it. When I called to get my free pizza, they said the manager is not working. A bunch of lies.

When you order pizza, you expect the delivery man to deliver the pizza to your door, right? Error, they call you on the phone and tell you to go down to get the pizza and go down to get the pizza (I have no problem going down to the door of the building) the problem is when he is still in his car parked far away and you have to go to his car to pick up your order.

Bro imagine just waiting 10 minutes for service because all the employees are just chilling lounging around & when I asked for my order. The person attendance me lied to my face, saying the item I want is available only to just after I paid tell me that they don’t have. I wanted to make variation of it. Papa John’s do better.

Food was alright, same standard quality. I ordered kind of close to closing so that was my fault. But they could have chosen to not accept the order. I ordered at 12am and they're hours are listed open until 1:30am. The tracking on the order said it would arrive around 1:50. I hadn't eaten anything for 2 days, waiting for money to hit the bank. Spent about 40 dollars with them. By the time it was like 3am and still nothing was here I became desperate. So I had to go to the corner store and get a chop cheese , and ended up spending an additional 30 bucks all told. I get back home around 330am and eat my food, and when I woke up around 9am and went outside the pizza was in front of my apartment door. I tried calling to get a refund and they asked me why it took me so long to call them about the refund.

This is the only franchised pizza chain in America that actually offers quality pizza, in my opinion. My partner and I eat out at Papa John’s far too often than we should. They are always very quick at making our order. I definitely recommend Papa John’s over the competition.

The restaurant had me wait over an hour twice for my daughter's birthday party order.I ordered through Seamless and after the hour wait the order was cancelled when the driver arrived to my front door.Then when I reordered it was cancelled again but when the driver arrived after an hour as well.Meanwhile I had a bunch of kids going crazy and hungry

“Johan” the person in charge is a DISRESPECTFUL young man. He has ZERO clue about customer service. He was rude, condescending and should be fired. Whoever owns this business needs to get him in check. Lets start with the fact this business does not allow guests to wait inside when ordering food in the middle of winter. If you don’t want to deal with customers, guess what? This is the wrong business for you. The manager then proceeded to disrespect a woman and his co-workers all laughed and joined in. This business is a JOKE and has untrained people running it. DO NOT support this business.
