BE AWARE! If your delivery driver does not feel like going to your door, Patricia‘s tells them they are not required to this is an issue for Single mothers or anyone that may have someone that they cannot leave in the house alone. I decided to order some food and while I was waiting, I got my baby down To sleep. After about an hour and 20 minutes, I called to ask where my food was. The person said that the delivery driver reported that he called my phone numerous times and I wasn’t answering so he left. I have both my phones sitting next to me with no missed call from the driver. I asked why he didn’t just come to the door and bring the food here and that’s when I was told that it is not a requirement for them to actually deliver the food. I’m not really sure what kind of thing this is that you have a delivery driver that will not actually DELIVER Your food. Now I have kids that are starving and no food. I told them at this point I will come in to get my refund and he said “ Honey, that’s not how it works. You placed your order through Uber Eats so you need to get the money from them” These people are honestly really disgusting obviously when people place an order for delivery, they expect for their food to be delivered to their doors. I live in an apartment building with an elevator. It would’ve been very simple for the person to deliver the food. They didn’t have to use the stairs or anything. It was a very quick situation. You can’t just leave kids unattended anywhere. They did not care about this situation. I asked if the food would arrive cold, if it was re-delivered and he told me that yes it would be cold. I need my refund almost $40. They’re going to get to keep because Uber eats as you know is not really the type to respond with situations like this, so these thieves have now stolen my money I used to love this place. If you plan on placing an order, whether it’s through Uber Eats or whether it’s with the restaurant, just know they will not deliver it to your door because we are now in the world where people are lazy. They don’t want to do their jobs and no one cares.

I was very disappointed with my meal tonight,,I asked for chicken Francese , very watery and bland, the waiter even saw it did not look good ,he took the platter back to the kitchen to be done again .
Extremely disappointed with the meal , not sure if is only the chicken francese meal , but they need to make better or don’t serve it.

I have been dining at Patricia’s of East Tremont for a while now I would like to make a review that is long over due. My waiters, and waitresses have been Ms. Mellissa, M , Ms. Michelle, W , Mr. Alessio, L , they have been the very best I have experienced as are the greeters ! The food is awesome !!! To say the least. Very generous portions and the complimentary oven pizzas and bread are very filling and tasty

A few years ago the food had fallen off, not sure what has changed since, but the food is AMAZING!!!!
The atmosphere is family oriented and fun.

asked for a pepperoni pizza it came with sausage and pepperoni was looking g forward to pizza while i down here in NY and least to say i wasn’t very pleased with how the pizza came why is it sausage on a pepperoni pizza!! and the mozzarella sticks could have more crispy!! 2/5

We were in town for a funeral, needed a good meal and a light hearted time. Our food was amazing but our Server Maria was the best part. Kind, up lifting and running that dining room. I will be there again for sure.
