Order three meals total of $60. Was not worth it. One order was a fetti meal with shrimps. The food didn't have any seasoning. No sauce and more noodles and not enough shrimps. Three leafs of spinach! What a waste . Will not be ordering from them again. Good Luck!!!!

Great family style restaurant! Although they do not have a lot, I have never had any problem finding parking close by. The food is consistently good and the service is fantastic. When you walk in, you're family.

Visiting from California and this is the first restaurant we tried in Bronx. The service was exceptional and the food amazing. Really enjoyed the family oriented and friendly atmosphere and the authentic Italian food. Highly recommend!

I never have to write a bad review on this place because it is really good food and service, I walked in sat down with Family,are appetizers came to fast the pizza appetizer was cold the bread was not fresh, and the food came fast, my penne all’s vodka was also not to warm,my time in the restaurant was just rushed.

After hearing so many good things about Patricia's we decided to order takeout. Safe to say we will not be eating in or out from here again. The hero was not toasted (maybe you need to ask for it to be which I understand) and everything was cold. The meatballs were just okay. It was a matter of 15 minutes from ordering to pickup, which was the timeframe given over the phone. So I'm not really sure why it would be cold? Not worth the hype.

Today I ordered from a driver app for delivery. I am seriously disappointed with the quality with how some of the food arrived. the pizza and the entree were fine (cheese ravioli with marinara w/chicken. However, the salad (came with meal) of romaine lettuce & 3 small pieces of onion and the garlic bread were not fresh. The salad was not washed (there was actual dirt residue under the salad on my plate which l noticed as l was eating…I stopped eating the salad I saw this). Also, more than half of the salad had pieces of romaine lettuce with pink and tan edges (which indicated the lettuce was NOT fresh) The garlic bread was stale, dry, and dirty (literally black on the bread) led me to think it was left over from someone else's meal.
I reached out to the customer service from the delivery app who communicated with the restaurant in my behalf. She shared the aforementioned, then she shared that the chef stated the food was hot and fresh and did not apologize nor acknowledge anything I had shared. The only person repeatedly apologizing was the delivery app representative. I ended the chat. Soon after I received an email indicating that the restaurant has credited/adjusted $5.00 for the charge for the garlic bread.
I have both ordered many times from this Patricia’s location; as well as frequented the restaurant several times a year with family and friends . I hope this doesn’t occur again because it will make or break whether I ever order from, visit the Eat Tremont location, or recommend it to anyone ever again. EAST TREMONT Patricia’s you must do better.
