Peachwave Frozen Yogurt

We got there at 8:20p and it says they don’t close til 9p. We were rushed out and shorted on ingredients to go with our yogurts. We traveled from far to be treated as annoyances. Will never come here again. Shouldn’t have teenagers with attitudes running the place !

The store is neat and bright, with more than ten seats and a very spacious space. After entering the store, go to the bottom wall where there are instructions. Follow the steps to get a paper cup and start making your own ice cream.
There are many types of Frozen yogurt. You can decide what flavor and portion you want. For toppings, you have to hand the cup to the store clerk for pick-up. There are also many types, from fruits and chocolates to nuts and peanut butter. Finally, you will weigh and check out.
Frozen yogurt is refreshing and delicious. Today’s flavors are cheesecake and dulce de leche. Pistachio tastes a bit like almonds. Pina colada is a combination of pineapple and coconut. It’s sour and sweet.
The price is quite reasonable, and a bowl is perfect for a hot day.

Very good ice creams... it is a little confusing when you arrive because the service layout is backwards... you must start the self-service from the back of the premises and there are no clear signs when you go for the first time. It is charged by weight, you can choose all the toppings you want and the number of ice cream flavors. I have eaten frozen yogurt in other countries, and the flavor of the yogurt from this business is mild... it actually tastes more like milk ice cream, but equally good.

Parking: You park on the street and there is almost never any space. We parked in double parking, bought and left.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is disgusting, rude, and racist. The staff is nasty and don’t communicate. After coming here quite a few times, I will never spend a dime here again. Not only did these foul employees try to kick my daughter out, but they continuously skipped me in line for fair skinned customers when I was paying after my daughter, who did nothing wrong, was standing there. Do not come here if you want good service and time.

Stopped by for some froyo with my kids and they loved it. The place was clean, the customer service was good and the froyo was delicious.

Great place all around from my experience

This place is conveniently located. A busy area but this place is always a nice break. There’s decent seating but they changed some of the options. Although they usually only have 3 dairy free options when I and recently they only had 1 maybe 2. But this place definitely made me a fan of frozen yogurt and I wasn’t before.

They keep getting worse and worse on customers service. I have always loved this place but the new manager Alana was very nasty.
