“I had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut today! The service was top-notch, and the manager went above and beyond to help me with my order. They were kind, patient, and truly cared about making sure I left satisfied. The food was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, but this location nailed it. Thank you to the team—and especially the manager—for making my day better. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“They make good pizza. They just take forever to get the register. There’s never a person at the front. And there’s a thick glass barrier so when you go to pick up your order you have to literally bang on the glass or scream at them to come up to service you, other than that it’s pretty good food.“

“Placed an order for carryout and my car broke down. I called and got the BEST customer service I have had in a good while. Spoke with Caprice, who was polite, sympathetic, had a great attitude (and was even cheerful at 11pm!) She immediately arranged for my order to be delivered swiftly, and personally confirmed it was sent out correctly. Our wangz/pizza dinner box and dessert were fresh and delicious. I connected with the supervisor on site to let her know how pleased I was with everything. Great food and service :)“

“I’ve had previous bad experiences with this Pizza Hut but my mind has been changed. The manager on shift, i think Bryan, was very nice and helpful. I had a few questions about any deals and he took his time explaining everything to me. Just exceptional honestly because again my previous experience had been BAD with another guy. My last plain pizza looked like a kid made it. The one Bryan made was beautiful. He needs to be there more.“

“I was visiting my sister, and I was pleased with the taste of the food. I believe they use more butter on the bread sticks, than my usual place. We enjoyed this. (I'm sure my cardiologist wouldn't agree.)? I only took of onestar, because we couldn't get bone-in wings, with a big box. This is the first Pizza Hut, where we couldn't do this. I was forced to order à la carte. Which ended up being technically cheaper, ($10 medium pie ?, (6) piece wings.) I redeemed my points for ? breadsticks. Yet, we didn't get the amount of leftovers, we get when we get our big box deal. I hope this location changes that. I ordered via the app, and pickup was seamless. I'll order from them again.“

“Today I was served by Kiana at 1:26pm on 9/4/24. She was professional, courtesy and on point. My food came out quick and it was just how I like it. She paid attention to me as the customer. I wanted to give her a good review and please she deserves a raise.. God Bless her.“

“Although my experience was maybe my first and last. I want to commend the staff on the clock today for their restraint as customer service and dealing with customers. I’m not sure what the girl name was I believe she said Des should be promoted for her great customer service and positivity and being able to compose herself gracefully under conditions no worker should have to deal with. Someone needs to promote this girl or she needs a better job because I could have never handles the situation she dealt with today in such a well manner. The food wasn’t all that not sure what’s going on but kudos to the staff“

“My sibling and I went to this store, which is four different departments! Out of the famous Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, Nathan’s and Pizza Hut, we chose the latter. The cheese bread is just amazing along with the Personal Pizza! We will have to come back for the other three stores. A building with four famous franchises in one place is such a brilliant innovation. Thank you!

Vegetarian options: For Pizza Hut specifically, there is a Veggie Personal Pie. In addition, the cheese and breadsticks are a wonderful addition to your Pizza!

Kid-friendliness: Families have visited the 4-in-1 store and children happily eat with their families in the store.“

“Ticket # 0003- 9/29/24- Entered by Nicholas, first off I would like to thank the staff for the exceptional service I received today. First off I had called in to ask some questions about the deal and was greeted with excellent customer service over the phone, then when I showed up I was received with such kindness from the staff. I arrived with a huge wagon for my baby in which the staff even help with the opening and closing of the door so that I could fit. Nicholas was the gentleman that took my order, he did it with such kindness and prompt service as well. It was a large cheese pie with half mushrooms, and it was delicious! After it was done a young lady with glasses actually brought it outside once it was done given that I had a huge wagon with the baby so that I didn't have to struggle going back in and out again. She was such a sweetheart just making the gesture. My pie was delicious and those mushrooms were fresh, I was actually impressed given that it's fast food, the crust was soft and crispy, and the overall pie was fresh and tasty. I was impressed by the service and the overall quality of the pie. I will definitely make my way back soon. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism and making my experience quick and efficient, and enjoyable!“
