“My sibling and I went to this store, which is four different departments! Out of the famous Dunkin’, Baskin Robbins, Nathan’s and Pizza Hut, we chose the latter. The cheese bread is just amazing along with the Personal Pizza! We will have to come back for the other three stores. “Although my experience was maybe my first and last. I want to commend the staff on the clock today for their restraint as customer service and dealing with customers. I’m not sure what the girl name was I believe she said Des should be promoted for her great customer service and positivity and being able to compose herself gracefully under conditions no worker should have to deal with. Someone needs to promote this girl or she needs a better job because I could have never handles the situation she dealt with today in such a well manner. “Ticket # 0003- 9/29/24- Entered by Nicholas, first off I would like to thank the staff for the exceptional service I received today. First off I had called in to ask some questions about the deal and was greeted with excellent customer service over the phone, then when I showed up I was received with such kindness from the staff. I arrived with a huge wagon for my baby in which the staff even help with the opening and closing of the door so that I could fit. Nicholas was the gentleman that took my order, he did it with such kindness and prompt service as well. It was a large cheese pie with half mushrooms, and it was delicious! After it was done a young lady with glasses actually brought it outside once it was done given that I had a huge wagon with the baby so that I didn't have to struggle going back in and out again. She was such a sweetheart just making the gesture. My pie was delicious and those mushrooms were fresh, I was actually impressed given that it's fast food, the crust was soft and crispy, and the overall pie was fresh and tasty. I was impressed by the service and the overall quality of the pie. I will definitely make my way back soon. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism and making my experience quick and efficient, and enjoyable!“
