Honestly the place was so dirty, i dont know how they dont have a big C outside the place. The workers looked unprofessional. One of them went for a smoke break, came back , didnt wash his hands and was touching peoples pizza boxes. The “manager” honestly looked and sounded out of it, slurring their words and i looked at their fingernails and it was long with grey dirt under them. I would hope their not touching food with those hands, & i definitely dont put nothing past the place. Then the food took FOREVER to come. Why am i waiting almost an entire hour for a personal pizza ? Just for it to not even look or taste good. If i didnt order my food online for pickup, i definitely wouldve walked out the place as soon as i seen everything. Made a promise to myself to never come back again, this place looked and was absolutely ridiculous. Needs to be closed down.

10 minutes from my house and there’s is no delivery service. When you try to “call the store” it goes straight to a service line where they only, NOT help you, but can block you from calling again. Worst! Pizza! Hut! EVER!!!!! Don’t even waste your time. “Great food and services” my ass!!! They don’t care how far away you are. Save the time, energy and anger and call Dominos. They don’t care about a “delivery zone” when you’re only 10 minutes away. ??♂️

The guy got the order wrong we order a pizza just with cheese on it and when we got home it was a chicken pizza. Also we ordered boneless chicken. He said we have no boneless chicken After we pay for it sl so we said it OK. He gave us a six piece instead of eight piece. It took so long. And I gave him a tip no more tips he also was trying to get money For the little box that was over there The girl was at the computer all the time we was there

Ticket # 0003- 9/29/24- Entered by Nicholas, first off I would like to thank the staff for the exceptional service I received today. First off I had called in to ask some questions about the deal and was greeted with excellent customer service over the phone, then when I showed up I was received with such kindness from the staff. I arrived with a huge wagon for my baby in which the staff even help with the opening and closing of the door so that I could fit. Nicholas was the gentleman that took my order, he did it with such kindness and prompt service as well. It was a large cheese pie with half mushrooms, and it was delicious! After it was done a young lady with glasses actually brought it outside once it was done given that I had a huge wagon with the baby so that I didn't have to struggle going back in and out again. She was such a sweetheart just making the gesture. My pie was delicious and those mushrooms were fresh, I was actually impressed given that it's fast food, the crust was soft and crispy, and the overall pie was fresh and tasty. I was impressed by the service and the overall quality of the pie. I will definitely make my way back soon. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism and making my experience quick and efficient, and enjoyable!

This is a small complaint but necessary to write. I ordered the cinnamon dessert with 2 extra dipping sauces (for each person to have their own). No dipping sauce arrived with the order and I was charged. When I called, I was told they don't sell dessert dipping sauces anymore ?. The manager was conveniently out for a few minutes. No one returned my call ?.
DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE PIZZA HUT ON 230TH ST. If you don't carry a particular sauce, take it off your menu!

Hello, on 9/13/24 I visited this restaurant for the second time, and I have to say that the staff is very unprofessional and rude. The only respectful person was the manager; everyone else had bad attitudes. The employees seemed to be under the influence and didn't handle food properly. This is not the first Pizza Hut I've been to where lack of workers is an issue. I found foreign objects in my pizza, which was disgusting. The chicken from the chicken machine doesn't work. It's coming from the oven and was soggy and unappetizing. The employees were rude and neglectful of their duties. It's unacceptable for a business to be run by only one person. Where are the other workers? It's not right for customers to walk in and find only one person handling everything. I personally saw the manager handling orders, making food, and taking calls. Where were the other employees? It's hard to believe that this store has an A rating when there's only one person working. Where is the rest of the staff?

Walk in there expecting the worst customer service and wait time of your life. I’ve went multiple times and have ordered in advance each time and I still had to wait 30 minutes over the expected time on the website. On top of that your order is most likely gonna be wrong cause they are always out of Ingredients. Stood in the store for 45 minutes and no one even mentioned they would be substituting my bone in wings for boneless. You would think with the wait time at least they would give you some hot food. NOPE. Cold pizza, undercooked wings, cold everything. Don’t ever spend money here.

im not sure what to address first the quality of the food or the terrible customer service.. every time I’ve gone there the wait is well over 30mins wether I order ahead or once I get there. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive they constantly mess up my order and never communicate this to me, they never cut my pizza correctly (as you can see from my picture) my food is always cold thankfully I own an oven because if I didn’t I’d be eating cold pizza. This location should close down the service, the quality of the food is not what I was expecting from Pizza hut. I will never order from there again.

at this point they just hire whoever. the food was alright; the boneless wings were ehhhhh but anyways the real reason im leaving this review is because i walked in and the first thing i see is an employee in which i didn’t see a name tag but he has blonde/platinum hair VAPING. YES…!!! VAPING SMH and when he noticed i seen him; he casually put the vape away. That’s insane…..

The pizza is horrible!!! Please spare yourself and your money I ordered a medium Cheese pizza half pepperoni and when I opened the box I didn’t know weather to laugh or cry it had the thinnest crust and barely no anything, no cheese no sauce no taste!!! My kids did not eat, you know pizza is bad when young kids refuse it ,please shut this place down , FYI I should of known by the dirty interior the pizza would not be the best but I didn’t expect this bad maybe the manager and employees are taking the supplies home cause it’s not in the restaurant!!!!!!, worse $16 ever spent.

I have been a customer from the moment this store opened. However, lately, they have been sending the wrong pizzas. The last time I ordered three pizzas, two of them were wrong. They hung up on me when I called to let them know and asked how we could fix the problem. In fact, they hung up on me several times. I am a loyal customer, but after being mistreated this way, I would rather go to my neighborhood pizzeria and get a nice pie with a free smile :)
