Today I was pizza hut 40 w 225 st Bronx byThey didn't have the pizza I ordered. I chose a pepperoni one and I couldn't eat it. I brought it home and finished making it. It seems they didn't give it enough time in the oven. They don't have soda machines, of course, nor ice. The bottles of soda they have for sale were hot. Chaos at midday.

Called restaurant because when we placed the order we didn't see an apartment number on the receipt. Lady of the phone said "we don't do delivery " and couldn't find my order which was not true at all. Called again and the manager confirmed that they do delivery but was speaking over me. Pizza arrived cold and soggy. Buffalo wings had no sauce. This restaurant spent months closed after being built. And they found the most ghetto, trashy employees to run it. This place deserves to be closed.

Although my experience was maybe my first and last. I want to commend the staff on the clock today for their restraint as customer service and dealing with customers. I’m not sure what the girl name was I believe she said Des should be promoted for her great customer service and positivity and being able to compose herself gracefully under conditions no worker should have to deal with. Someone needs to promote this girl or she needs a better job because I could have never handles the situation she dealt with today in such a well manner. The food wasn’t all that not sure what’s going on but kudos to the staff

Skip this Pizza Hut, if you have a craving, go to Target on 225th Street. It's 5 blocks away.They finally opened after months of construction. Went there to try it out, nasty and rude staff. Basic question, how much is your food? No prices on the menus. How long is it going to take?After over 50 minutes of waiting we got our pizzas. When we got home, and opened it up, all the pizzas were soaked with oil. It was not edible, had to throw them all out.It is take out only, no place to eat inside. You have to wait outside for your food and no restrooms. No parking.Skip, Skip,Skip.

My go to pizza when I want something quick, small personal pizzas what they sell, reminds me of school round pizzas you got. The pizza is good to me & it hits the spot. I've never had issue, cashier are usually super sweet. Little pricey but you know with cost inflation what's not pricey these days.Parking: Parking lot on second level, upstairs. Drive up the ramp.Wheelchair accessibility: There's elevator that's take you to the parking lot and the main floor. There's motorized scooters.

When they are open the staff always has an attitude or they don’t have no food. Today at 6:30 pm they have a line of people waiting for 10 minutes only to find out from a lady with an attitude that they are closed. What the hell is going on at this location?

Pretty good spot for a quick bite to eat while shopping. They also revamped the eating area a while back and it looks great. Personally I prefer the wings frome here.. very good quality.
