Ordered on Popeyes app and received whole order wrong called store over 20 times to try to fix but no pick up at all need better communication for times like this !! Horrible

Walked into the store a customer was arguing about respect to the staffs, the manager came to attempt to defuse the situation but made a comment to the customer about the chicken I felt was a little racist so I just turned around and left the store. The customer stated he understood what was saying and argued for respect left his food and his money. I tried to remind him but he insisted to leave. Smh

Worker taking my order didn’t let me talk, gave me a total every time Id mention an item without letting me finish, instead of asking if that would be all, rude attitude.

I’ve gone to this particular Popeyes an handful of times and can say confidently I was only satisfied with the service one time.With that being said ,they advertise they close @4am however many times I’ve gone in (way before 12 pm) and they just offer you soggy old chicken when I asked for them to make it fresh they complained they aren’t frying any chicken right now this was one of the times I went and it just turnt 12 pm.They make they’re own rules and laugh in your face as if it’s a joke that u take your food serious .The next time your employee laughs in my face I promise he will have a crooked smile ;)

I order a 2 piece with my rewards the associate made the order before I could get to the register didn't realize it was dark meat. I asked can the chicken be changed to a breast and a wing he said NO I NEVER touched the bag poor customer svc I would've paid extra I necessary.
