I dropped my debit card and someone was able to swipe $51 than another $208 here until I finally noticed, froze my card and another $187 declined. Don’t lose anything in this place and if you so happen to find a debit card/credit card on the floor come here and go crazy since they don’t ID their customers. Careless money handling on there end, the bank is gonna take care of it though just wanted to throw that out there ! ID your customers !!!

I went there around 4:30 PM. There was one elderly lady that was tending the bar, taking orders from tables, dispatching the delivery orders and hosting the front. Needless to say it was not a very pleasant experience. I wanted a drink and she refused to get me what I wanted because "the bottles were not cracked open yet". What kind of bullshit is this!?!! I will not come back to this restaurant.

If you don't speak any Spanish, do not even bother coming here cause they literally know no English whatsoever. I spent a good 15 minutes or so trying to order something and they still messed it up in the end. This used to be the go to spot, but they fell off big time since they got under new management, so sad.

Incompetent.. placed an order that specifically states is for “2-3 people” and instead they send an order for one person. On top of that, they NEVER answer the phone. This is the 2nd time i order from them and have an issue. Never again

This is the best Spanish restaurant in all New York. Their Pepper Chicken with white rice and beans and avocado is beyond this world. I literally order every other day. Their chicken soup is also super delicious ? I hope they stay open forever. They've been there on some really tough days. And without this restaurant living in the bx would be a little harder. Thank you for making such a beautiful restaurant ?

I ALWAYS order the chicken soup from here on Uber eats. It NEVER disappoints. It’s absolutely fresh and always arrives pipping hot. It taste so delicious. It’s literally my favorite thing to order from here.
