If you're a woman and get on their line get ready to have the women there serve all the men before you, even the ones who got in line after you. I don't know if they think those men will give the tip but it's extremely unprofessional hoe they refuse to serve women by the order they get there. I had to get out of the line and not get the food u wanted because they kept serving the men and didn't even pay any attention when I said I was there. Such a disgusting customer service and the manager doesn't even say anything or try to fix things. I will never go here. Estos asquerosos
portions got smaller, the prices went up, and the quality isn't worth it anymore. Paying $8 for just two ribs no rice no nothing on the smallest plate they have —and not even decent sized ribs—definitely feels off, It’s wild how some spots still keep regulars despite falling off like that. Maybe it's nostalgia or a lack of better alternatives nearby. every time i decide maybe todays the day they will do right by the people the keep letting me down- shame shame

I ordered on the phone for pick up they gave me the wrong combo then get mad at me talking shit in Spanish then give me the right order with 3 quarter full I ordered pork and rice and beans they gave me scraps and very little pork there very rude and unprofessional and should hire someone that can understand English....
