Ordered Maduro con Longanesa and they sent me a full box of Maduro and three pieces of Longanese. They charge me $3 dollars for three pieces and $5 dollars for the Maduro. When I called back to complain, the lady on the phone gave me an attitude and was very unprofessional She continued to say that it is what it is. Definitely won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered 2 number 1 combo for delivery ended up getting 1order with no dressing. Called back and got run around after run around. Acting like they didn't understand English. In reality they don't know how to take orders. Didn't even have garlic sauce. SMH

This was a slap to my face and an insult to my intelligence. As a Dominican woman who’s been cooking almost 30 years this was not asopao de camarones. These deceitful and despicable human beings took yellow rice and submerged it in broth and added some nasty translucent shrimps. To make asopao it’s a process and these people did not do that. To top it off it had a long piece of blonde hair in it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I wish I could have given them 0 stars. The worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Why does the state let anyone open up restaurants? And why these random nobody’s not hire real chefs? Oh yeah, cause they wanna just take our money.

Not the best food in the neighborhood. The people behind the counter spend most of their time bad mouthing customers they don't think speak spanish. Except for the chicken, most of the food looks old and dry but floating in grease.

The worst service ever!I called to place my order, they said it will be ready 30 min., after 45 minutes I called to check if my order was coming they said it is on the way.25 min after that I called they say oops we didn't write down properly your number. And I was like but I just called for a second time 25 min ago and u guys said it was on the way and don't mention anything. So long short story after 1.35 hrs this place wasn't able to make a delivery happens like come on !(What they have done is rude! They should put someone else in charge of the business, that woman on the phone is not very efficient, she cost the business money and your client's time)The food is very delicious. Obviously Latin food is always good. But their service and speed is very precarious.

Food was delicious and fresh! Prices are very reasonable but above all the food was amazing! We had the baked chicken, stew chicken, Pernil all with yellow rice and we order plantains as well. 10/10 for everything. Whenever we want Spanish food this is our go to spot!
