I ordered Mondongo to go. Got home and I was so disappointed with it. I’ve had way better. Heck, the Mondongo, in the can, made by Goya, is better. It was full of bones and fatty skin, as you can see from the pics. There was barely any tripe and it and the flavor was mild. To pay $8 for a small soup and it be bad, is beyond annoying. Their breakfast sampler was good for the most part. Everything on the platter was good except the ham. It was a slice of processed deli ham they fried/charred. I would go back for the sampler but not for that Mondongo. It was awful. As for the staff’s customer service, it was subpar. They were very talkative, cheerful and smiled with the regulars, not so much with us. It a nice little spot with small and large booths. The bathroom was nice and it was clean.

I really like this place it can be updated a bit but I can say sitting in the back was quiet and private comparing to the noise and crowdiness from other diners in the same area.
One of the best burgers in the area. They’re not cheap with the meat and it has an amazing flame broiled taste. The bacon is tasty and crispy, a must try.
