If I could give it a 0 star I would. Today I went to this location before and after work and both times my drinks were wrong. This is literally the dumbest Starbucks I’ve been to, they can’t even follow simple instructions on putting the caramel on the bottom of the cup.

I frequent Starbucks for convenience. This one is clean & the workers are friendly, definitely 5 stars. Although in the past month, I’ve received the wrong order & the wrong change. The line here is always long in the morning drive thru but it does move fast.

This location is in a great spot, the service is good overall, the workers are familiar with your order if you are a frequent, there is one particular worker that provides great customer service as he always remembers my order and when I pay the price is slightly less than when I normally order as if he applies his discount which I highly appreciate ??, the seating area is huge and spacious, wide variety of cup selections, overall I appreciate this location.

I had to go back to have the guy who looked at my coffee order like it was something from another planet, to remake my coffee after it was not salted caramel foam and he didn't make it correctly that first time. This location has perfect baristas in the morning, but the evening is a totally different story and certainly lack of care. That one person, who made my order had a horrible attitude and he kept putting my order off and looked at it like it was too much for him with a frown. I saw it was cup with my name he did this. He doesn't know what he's doing and his attitude is horrible.

I ordered a banana walnut and pecan loaf bread from them today and when I got home to take a bite I instantly had to spit it up . i bit on something hard when I took whatever it was that was in the bread out my mouth I was disgusted .my tooth isn’t broken and idk what this is but it looks like someone else tooth .i could of broke my own tooth not only that but i could of swallowed this and cut my throat.i called 3 times and they won’t pick up .

This is one of the best starbucks I have been to! The atmosphere is fun and a nice break from outside. It is convenient as most people who go there work across the street. The staff is extremely friendly and definitely makes the atmosphere better. With the amount of times I have been there, the chance of getting a drink poorly made is slim to none! Of course when there are deals or there's a rush, it tends to be slower. That's just means you order a bit earlier on the app and you'll be fine! And if you let them take their own creativity with your drink, it is also delicious and better tasting than how it's marketed!

She worked quickly and efficiently but was still very kind and helpful to all customers. This location is spacious clean and they priotize getting orders correct and quickly. Especially Nandi!
