Horrible customer service. The guy working behind the counter last few times I came always has an attitude. When the older guy is here, I had never experienced any issues in the 5 years I have been coming here, but, whoever, this new guy is very rude and this isn't the 1st time. If I see him working will just walk out

I can't say anything about the food because I didn't even try it when I arrived. I greet the person who was there. He didn't greet me. After waiting almost 10 minutes, I see that he starts with another order and I ask him and he tells me that he has two orders in front of me but he hadn't told me. Nothing, the truth is that the service is terrible, the place tastes the same as the service, the food, as I say, I can't give an opinion because I didn't try it, not even when the guy jumped me with that rude attitude and proceeded to go, I don't recommend it.

The Indian guy serving us was so rude and started giving us attitude because apparently he didn’t heard we ordered a number 19 and a number 12 at once. So he started making loud remarks while making the food. I just walked out because I will not be spending my money at a place where I’m being treated poorly infront of other customers. Customers Service 100% sucks!

I called to make an inquiry about catering services. The Indian man seemed to not understand the inquiry and brushed my questions off because he had a customer. He then proceeded to hang up on me with no further explanation. No professionalism or determination to assure the customers questions were answered properly. Taking my service elsewhere, trashy people I wouldn’t want to deal with at this location!

The presentation of the food wasn’t fantastic. Ordered through Uber Eats. The cookies were good, but I don’t know how everything else was prepared. I don’t have confidence in it.

The person that I presume is the manager has a bad attitude like he didn't want to be there. He was already cleaning out the case when I walked in at 8pm (the door says they closed at 10). He made my sandwich haphazardly and when I think k he overcharged me for the combo meal. The sandwich wasn't even that great the bread tasted stale. I only went in because I was hungry and I wanted to get home. The price really wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately I have to give them a Star if I could I would not give them anything. After ordering 3 sandwiches to be delivered. I received my order I noticed how skinny the sandwich’s were upon opening the sandwich’s many basic items to make a sandwich was missing as the photo shows. I called the subway store and who picks up the “store owner” he picks up and I inform him of my order. I explain to him what was missing. He tells me I must of took the cheese out of the sandwich so I can not get a refund because he was the one that made the sandwich. The store owner is rude, condescending, and unprofessional and lack basic customer service. Please do not go to this Subway you better off ordering something else.

ATTENTION: This place is unsanitary and the Customer service is very terrible, very unprofessional and rude to customers.There was also a COCKROACH in my sandwich, and I was made to believe that I was the one who put it there. I was almost denied a refund. Overall, very upsetting experience and service. This cannot be following the FOOD SAFETY regulations!!

I just came from here and the server is rude, no matter how many times you say hello he gives you a blank stare. He picks up used gloves, makes my sandwich, then goes to the register with the same used gloves and touches the cash with the gloves on. I grab my sandwich and the server takes the gloves off and places the gloves in the same area it was laying when I first walked in, waiting for the next customer. I'm not going back until I see a different employee.
