They served me a rancid cheddar broccoli soup. I told them I didn't want it. The woman prepared another after I told her I didn't want it. Insisted I get chips and cookies but never gave me back my money. The person before me had to request they put sauce in his meatball sandwich cause it was so dry. Save your money or go to chipotle or smash burger right next door. This place is trash.

Iâll never get a subway sandwich here again. The guy at the counter seemed to misheard me say that I got two sandwiches on the app. I showed him the confirmation email and everything that I had ordered beforehand. What this guy did was he took two sandwiches and told me what I want. At that point, I thought he didnât make them and didnât get any notice of the order. The last few times I ordered on the app from them, they had never had done the sandwiches until I had gotten there. So I told him what I wanted and that was it. But then I notice him charge me for the two sandwiches I had already paid for. So I told him that I had previously bought the sandwiches and then he started to yell at me saying that I was âwasting his timeâ I was so confused and I didnât know what he was saying. Until he pushed a bag of two sandwiches at me aggressively which he in fact made. From that point, I apologized for that mistake I made. But then he goes ahead and gives me a âmy badâ with an attitude. So I argued with him stating that I didnât even know he made the sandwiches and I had told him PREVIOUSLY that I had a mobile order. He still rambles on and on about how I wasted his time and stuff. His co-worker came and asked me what happened and I told him that I had a mobile order and he started to do the sandwiches that he made while I didnât even know he had made them. His co-worker said he understood and that itâs fine. This customer service is one of the worst I've ever had in a fast food establishment??ââď¸

What I ordered vs what I gotâŚThey also toasted my sandwich when asked not to, forgot half the ingredients, skimped on the half they included, and used the wrong bread on my second sandwich. Disappointing - they don't care the slightest bit.
Staff decided not to accept or scan our coupons even though we received them from Subway in the mail. Do not understand why would subway give these coupons out and later not accept them.
Terrible service. I was in this place today for the first time. Very bad attitude from the person who was working there today at 11:52 am.
They fit my order wrong and when I went back to get it right they were giving me trouble
