“One of the workers gave me an extremely hard time about the dips that were included in my meal. I hadn’t ordered the food but someone else did so I only had a screenshot of part of the receipt. She said I needed the full receipt to confirm that I had multiple dips. Then after telling her I searched the entire bag, in a rude voice she said I had to bring the bag in to prove that there were no dips, as if I was lying. Then she put two dips in the bag, and then shoved the bag towards me. I told her I needed 4 more and she started laughing saying they were coming. On top of all of that they forgot my fries and I didn't even feel like going back in there. She was so extra and rude for no reason.“

“Delicious wings my favorite is the Hawaiian ones and honey wings.The waiters are nice and their never a super long line. They do prioritize delivery orders first but other than that their rather quick with their orders. I can't wait to eat here again“

“God bless you Kyle! Because of Kyle, this Wingstop stands out compared to all the other ones in the whole city. We came here after church one night, and the hospitality, professionalism, and attentiveness was above and beyond, hands down best customer service in all 5 boroughs, The manager Kyle is the best! Also noticed him uplifting and recognize his employees hard work and effort after a long shift he made sure to compliment them on that. He also served us with love although we made a huge order right before they closed everything was on point and Kyle even came over to our tables on a couple occasions to make sure everything was good and even offered us extra at no cost. i mean from the moment we walked in and walked out it was love throughout the whole night. Never before seen vip service in wingstop! God bless Kyle and God bless this business!“

“Cashier tonight was very sweet. There were 2 men and another woman in the back doing an amazing job! Lady tossing the wings did an amazing job. Everything was fresh and came out quick! I didn’t get the manager’s name but they did an amazing job!“

“Ordered through Uber Eats & this is my second NYC Wingstop experience—everything was perfect! Highly recommend their Bulker Bundle deal if you’re on a low to no carb diet since it comes with a side of veggie sticks. i normally love their voodoo or cheese fries but ordered their cajun corn & didn’t regret it one tiny bit!! It was my first time trying their corn & it was utterly delicious, i couldn’t stop eating it plus they gave me an extra 5 pieces, so i ended up devouring a total of 10 pieces of their delicious corn on the cob. They even gave me a couple of extra wings!! i love their hot honey rub flavor & it was my 2nd time having it—very tasty for sure 👍 Definitely enjoyed tonight’s order through Uber Eats all around. i already can’t wait for my next Wingstop order 🤤“

“SO GOOD!!!!!!! 10/10 i got the lemon pepper and louisiana rub. DELICOUS PERFECT SEASONING AND EVERYTHING AND IT WAS HOT . THE FRIES WERE A BIT SOGGY BUT SOOO GOOD ASWELL AND THE RANCH PUT EVEYTHINH TOGETHER!!!!! all of these reviews are bad but honestly this food was amazing .( depending on the day wingstop has its moments )“
