waited over an hour for a online pick up order, associates attitudes were horrendous. There were ATLEAST 40 customers in such a small space huddled together waiting on orders.

Quick take-out service and excellent chicken. Excellent tenders. Mango Habanero is the best flavor (sweet and spicy).
After shorting me of 1 food item, they check the cameras and accuse me of lying straight ot my face. EVEN after I offered to take photos of the food items that were given. The STORE MANAGER and the associates have no customer service ettiquette and I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau for it’s treatment of customers.
How does the store associate call their own customers a LIAR when it was their fault for misplacing/forgetting to make a food item order??? This is very unacceptable and inappriopriate.

Ordered wings last night and they had to be some of the worst ever they were dry , cold , and hard not even fully coated with sauce and they completely ignored my special request. Horrible. I would skip this location completely maybe choose another wingstop

I saw rats behind the register and my food had so much hair in it I atleast pulled 5 out of my mouth the service was terrible to much attitude all I asked was if they had my order correct
