Made online order. Went to pick up order and they have no Coke in machine. Tell me they need to refill machine and I say I'll wait in car. Come back in 10 minutes later and tell me they are out of Coke. Why am I paying for a combo with a drink and can't get a drink. Poor customer service and uninformed staff. I had choice ow which location to visit and wouod not have chosen this location if out of Coke.

I feel bad for this manager or franchise business owner. These employees are going to drive him/her out of business. I recently had a bad experience here and didn't want to take out my frustration with a bad review, then it happened again today and it just took me over the top. It looks that recently all whomever is responding to these reviews can do is apologize. I hope the owners wake up and give this person responding, who seems to care, more resources to get the job done. a quick word of unsolicited advice to those employees whose behavior are driving this onslaught on their review page, quit!

I placed an order online for a group pack from this location, scheduling its arrival three hours in advance. Unfortunately, the order was canceled nine minutes after its scheduled arrival time without any prior notice or explanation. Upon trying to contact the restaurant to inquire about the cancellation, I faced communication difficulties. It appeared that they may have had caller ID, as my calls only connected when I dialed from a different number than the one listed on the order. After numerous attempts, I finally managed to get through to someone. However, they claimed not to be in the order inquiry department and could only take new orders, leaving me without answers or assistance.Frustrated by the lack of support, I turned to Domino's to salvage my son's birthday celebration. Thankfully, Domino's promptly fulfilled our order, saving the day. Reflecting on my experience and the evident issues with the restaurant's service, I anticipate that it'll go out of business within the next few months.

This is my second bad experience with this location. The food is always cold. I’m not sure if the delivery person is sitting there talking while your food is ready and waiting; but the food is always cold. And the Louisiana Rub is supposed to be a dry wing; it’s wet and disgusting. I hate this Wing

This place is hit or miss. Either I’m missing a drink or I’m getting cheese fries without the actual cheese. Today’s order had both issues plus the lemon pepper wings tasted and smelled off - like the meat was old or something. I was so sad because i want to love this place so much but i just can’t anymore. The smell and taste of the wings was the last straw. I’ve given this place way too many chances. Never again :(
