Avoid this place. I was expecting more, first of all the service was a minus 0, they had many waiters but since the tip is included 18% I guess they don’t care about being professional enough and offer a good service to their customers. Second the food wasn’t that good and the bill was ridiculous expensive. One of the worse experience ever, def not coming back. Place is beautiful though.

Terrible service!! Special from our server…We had to call to him all the time for order something, He never was pending of our table. The food, the drinks took a long time always…. In the end We wanted shots and We had to order two times because never came; they took around 30 minutes for bring our shots. Bad Service all night!!! I’ll never come back to this place.

My husband and I went to Zona De Cuba for our 25th wedding anniversary ❤️ Everyone was wonderful! From the door man to the restaurant worker's ❤️ We enjoyed ourselves So much! A little expensive, but when Everything is good Vibes it can't be matched! The waiter even made a surprise dessert for us? I would love to go again ❤️ #LoveZonaDeCuba ?

Went for Easter Sunday which is probably the start of issues as going out on a holiday turns restaurants into convenience charges for the general public. The prix-fixe that was advertised was not being honored at all and there were parents on the kids buffet smh - so starting off on false advertising was not great to me. I had been receiving texts and calls to change my rsvp to a later time because they were going to be busy. I did not change my RSVP. The place is very loud between DJ and the band, and this was charged to our bill at the end - per person! A virgin pina colada was $10 served over ice in a small glass versus a mimosa that was $5. We had to revise our bill as we were overcharged and the gratuity was automatically charged to our bill. At the end for 4 people our bill was over $400 for porkchops, empanadas, ropa vieja. Don't anticipate running back. Service was lovely. Decorations are pretty. Bathrooms are nice.

Music is extremely loud, people scream to compensate, music gets louder. False advertising of what's offered, foods decent. Very easy to lose your server as it's overcrowded 90% of the time.

The server didn’t come on check once to see if we are ok . On top of that the food comes out cool and horrible. I would never recommend this place . Worst experience so far of the year .

I booked reservations for my best friend’s birthday And it was incredible. The food is a 10 out of 10 tad bit Pricey, but well worth it for the quality of the food. The atmosphere is beautiful the music is amazing. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place a five star rating because accommodations wise it’s not very big person friendly I’m a little over 200 pound and could barely fit my thighs in the chair Very uncomfortable Also, My Nephew high chair was very small he couldn’t fit in it we end up, sitting him on a regular chair, and on our lap through out the night Lastly, when it comes to your food Expect to wait a while for it. Serving time took a little bit longer than I expected. But the food was amazing also, our waitress was amazing constantly checked on us made sure we were OK smiling had a very sweet fun Personality

Had the pumpkin seafood soup as well as the mixed ceviche and the steak plate. The presentation and flavors were excellent, our server was there for our every need, and the drinks were on point. Can’t wait to go back!

My second time at this place and the experience with the food was better. The food is a little bit overpriced though. The ambience was good, good music. The waitress was very polite and always came to check on us at the table. The pitcher of Passion fruit margarita was too sweet and not that much alcohol! On Fridays they have live music I went on a Friday.
