3 Times offers delicious Chinese food with generous portions that justify the price. Customers love the flavorful fillings in the dumplings and the tasty rice cake dishes, which are popular take-out options. The shrimp and broccoli remains a standout dish, and the restaurant often features great deals, like the BOGO on Uber Eats, where customers can get spicy pork dumplings and soup dumplings with an extra one of each for free. The spicy pork dumplings are especially spicy and enjoyed with hot chili, while the soup dumplings are also well-liked. The service is friendly, and many customers consider it one of the best Chinese spots in the city. Recently, diners appreciated the friendly, attentive service that makes the experience welcoming. Many enjoyed the food, especially the soup dumplings, which remain addicting, and the chili oil dumplings. The 口水鸡 (mouthwatering chicken) was described as silky, spicy, and perfectly seasoned, while the scallion beef was tender and flavorful. The ambiance is cute, and customers often leave full and happy after about $30. However, some dishes like the salt n pepper shrimp can be disappointing if the shrimp is stiff and dry. Overall, the restaurant provides great value, tasty food, and remains a top choice for Chinese take-out and dining.
