We visited on a quiet weekday, so maybe that contributed, but we had no problems with service; the food came out quickly and everyone was polite. Aside from the uni, the fish quality was far higher than at any other AYCE location in the city. Although their ordering process isn't very complex, using Apple Pay will make it considerably faster.
I went here on a first date. Thank goodness he was great company, or this would've been an overall horrible experience. Maybe money is low, and they're trying to cut back costs. Idk. I have never been so cold in a restaurant before. All patrons were eating with their coats on. There was only one waitor who was doing the job of 3 people (host, waitor, bartender and bus boy). I took my girlfriend out for Valentines 2023 here. The service was excellent and the server Isiah was very friendly and helpful in walking me through how to order. I had no issues at all and will gladly come back anytime. Thank you!
