This place can be chaotic at times but i always come here for my congee and fried dough sticks. Best congee ever and price is decent. This is the only chinese restaurant i like my congee from cause of the texture and taste. Wait times can be a bit long but the lines move.
This Cantonese canteen in Brooklyn is a hidden gem. They serve delicious BBQ meats (roasted duck, soy sauce chicken, char siu, barbecue pork, and crispy pork), congee, and noodles. It's a rare find in the city and a great asset to the local community. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is cozy, and the food is top-notch. Highly recommend this place for authentic Cantonese cuisine!
Only had one of the noodle dishes and was just ok. Needed more flavor and the chicken looked suspect. Would not order any chicken again from here. Maybe try one of their other dishes.
