A sweet dive bar, just like home (bay area California). Our bartender was actually from our homeland and we had good conversation about it. Evil Dead 2 playing on the TV, and a cold pint -- what else do you need?

Prices are fair and the bartenders are friendly. If I lived in the area I certainly would frequent regularly.
