We ordered a few platters and every protein was cooked perfectly. You could really taste the care in the seasoning -- fresh, bold, and totally satisfying. The guac was super creamy with just the right amount of lime and heat, and don't even get me started on the frozen margaritas......

We had great food and a good time at Alma, which has been around for so many years. Tbh there are other dishes on the current menu I'd like to try but we only had standards like guacamole, fajitas and enchiladas. However these were all very tasty and well presented and the spice level was just right for us (medium - I'm sure they'd raise or lower it for you if you asked).
