ALTA CALIDAD is known for their delicious tacos and superb food, offering a pleasant departure from typical dishes. The staff is friendly, able to handle large orders efficiently. However, there have been issues with table availability and service. Upon arrival, some customers were left waiting while tables remained unassigned. The server was excellent, but the manager's inflexibility regarding table assignments and lack of apology or compensation was disappointing. During brunch, there were delays due to a large table and overcooked eggs in the huevos rancheros and roti. Despite these problems, the flavors were praised. While ALTA CALIDAD has its shortcomings, many customers look forward to returning for the delicious food and friendly staff.
