Absolutely amazing food. I’m still dreaming about the ceviche. The Pisco drinks were fantastic as well. We shared a variety of dishes and they were all so tasty.
authentic and beautifully presented Peruvian food-delicious art.
Best place for dinner on Vanderbilt. The flank steak was really well prepared. The wood fired grill skills are enviable. Grilled asparagus, ceviche and heirloom tomato salad was also really, really tasty.
Great service, great vibe in the enclosed outdoor area. I didn’t realize it’s a climate controlled garden. It was wonderful to be ‘outside’ in 90 degree heat and have no humidity and air conditioning.

Panca BK serves excellent food, including hanger steak, branzino, and heirloom tomato burrata. The restaurant has exposed brick, an open kitchen, and a backyard solarium. The service is fast and friendly. The menu features dishes like heirloom tomato salad, ceviche, and octopus salad, all at reasonable prices. The back patio is beautiful, covered with a glass retractable roof. The servers are attentive and kind, making it a great place to dine.
