Tried to stop by last night and i thought I couldn't find it. This location has CLOSED, totally abandoned inside. Hopefully something with good service and even better food opens.

WORST.SERVICE.EVER. And I love Applebee's. Overall just a horrible service experience. Very poorly managed. Slow customer service. Food not served within reason. Such an embarrassment. NEVER.EVER.AGAIN!!!

Why does such a place like this even exist? Came in on a Friday afternoon with my friend and I immediately regretted walking in. Nobody was there to greet us or even seat us for a good 5 mins. We finally got seated and ordered our food. Got drinks and the waiter spilled soda all over the table, my phone, and on myself. Wonderful right? We moved to another table, waited a good 20 minutes for our food. The waiter finally came back with another soda 25 minutes later and she thought our food was served to us. Then finally the food came and let me tell you how ridiculously salty it was! Also, I noticed tables still had dishes all over the place where people finished there food. Nobody cleaned the tables at all! Not even the table where they spilled the soda all over me!! Like what the hell? There was like 4 waiters there and not one can act like a bus boy and clean up? Even one of the waiters that was there was like "why is it so dirty?" You think she cleaned up a few tables? A big nope! Who ever the hell manage this place, shame on you!

Continue to delete reviews from customers , but what the people say is consistent: this Applebee’s is terribly run, the staff is disorganized, and they bring you dirty utensils. Nothing changes. Do not come here.

Worst place ever. I really liked it but not in Bklyn, please don't go. Waitress is disrespectful, very long to come back for re-order, food plate was incomplete without my side, which arrived after I finished my ribs. Then took for ever to bring the bill. They brought the forks to eat, with spinach from other day on it!!! And the guy left to pick up other order instead of changing it. Unbelievable.

The two stars ONLY comes from the fact that the impossible burger tasted good. The service here is garbage. The wait (both for a table and the food) is atrocious. Our service was nice towards the end, but he was not very attentive. We waited about 35 minutes before we told our waiter to put in the order for our desserts as well because we realized service was going to be very slow. 40 minutes later we received our food, and my impossible burger was very satisfying. After eating for ~25 minutes though and waiting another 15, our desserts hadn't arrived. We wanted to cancel the order at that point since we were tired of waiting. They wouldn't let us cancel one of the desserts but they let us cancel the milkshake. I would never come here again (I only came here in the first place since my friends wanted to). The table was dirty as well. And the server did not bring water or napkins when we asked, and we had to remind him about the waters and get our own napkins.

The wait was 25 + minutes. We waited longer than that to get a table. A party of 8, 4 adults ,4Kids. From the time we sat it took our waiter 15 mins to take our order. 2 orders came out cold. The kids were hungry. There first time in Coney Island Ruined.

Sorry to say but the place is extremely miss managed and understaffed. The hostess tried keeping order, but once people started complaining the GM came out and made a mess of things. A 15 to 20 minute wait turned into over an hour, all the while they are allowing customers to camp out at tables. A realistic wait time should have been given if they know they allow this.

If I could give less than one star, I would. First we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated....not because they were busy but because of a shift change? (I've worked as a waitress many times and I have NEVER heard of this practice) Once seated, it took about 20 more minutes before we even saw our waitress. She was not friendly in any way and was very curt and short. When she brought our silverware she put it all in the center of the table in a pile....which quite frankly looked dirty still due to the multiple water stains as they weren't dried properly etc.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Me and my friends waited 2 HOURS for our food and waitress continuously said “it's coming every†15minutes. When the food came, my fries were cold and the food was so bland and all our dishes came 30 minutes apart. Our appetizer even took an hour. When we asked for the check, we waited for our waitress to come back to our table so we could pay and finally leave after two hours; she was no where to be seen. We had to go around the restaurant for 15 minutes looking for her so we could pay. In conclusion, Bad time management, bad service, and mediocre food. Go to the deli, it's so much better than this, nothing here is worth going here for.

Rude host! Allowed many guest who came after me to be seated before me. Unpleasant experience overall. My waiter used a filthy old rag to clean the table in which I was seated. I requested a clean rag to be used at which he didn't comply. I was unhappy with his hostility towards me. I don't recommend anyone to spend money in this specific location, being that they don't have decent customer service and are not attentive!! I will not be coming back.

Worst experience in a long! Today we went to try this Apllebee's we went in there at 2:40 and got seated insanely, plus point. Well we received our food at 3:40 an hour later we'll we where pissed and super hungry. My Brother Mine and my mom's food was good (we ordered the all you can eat) , but my dad ordered a medium raw steak which came in well done, well no steak for my dad.. so he waited another 40 min to get a burned medium raw steak. To get our second meal in the all you can eat we also had to wait 35 min. So concluding don't go if your hungry; go when you just ate so you get your food when your hungry.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Took us 30 mins to seat us and 30 mins to take our order. MIND YOU THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE US WATER. We waited so long for the food to come. And it came out cold. They charged us for something we did not order, and when we told the waiter about it he automatically knew what we were talking about so he was purposely trying to charge us extra. Our waiter was MORRIS A. He def ain't getting no tip!!!! This place really should get 0 stars!!!!
