It’s a shame that the customer service over the phone is so rude. The food is amazing but i do not like that someone that got an order wrong gaslighting me on me getting it wrong when they just don’t understand correctly. They need new workers on the phone. When i walk in i get great service but over the phone ? Disgusting attitude.

Not the best heated food spots that I have been to but I can't argue much when price per quantity outweighs quality.
I would/ should recommend going in earlier when the food is cooked and served fresher.

I’m Puerto Rican and when I’m feeling homesick (often lately) I come in for a feast. Best rotisserie chicken, perfect seasoning, tasty crispy skin. Arroz con gandules is my favorite but the congris (black bean rice) is a close second. Also, I have a severe gluten allergy and have never had an issue! Love this place!

The food was very delicious, the service was excellent, the only thing I found a little uncomfortable is the music that was very loud and unpleasant because not all of us like noise when eating, but afterward everything was fine.
