Absolutely amazing staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or night with mates. Highly recommend the food as well, from the warm pretzel or grilled bacon cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Or if you want to be posh the cheese board.
Phil's is beyond a wonderful place to enjoy a small bite to eat, lunch or dinner. Well even to have a drink to celebrate your happiness or drink sorrows away. It's basically the bushwick version of Cheers where everyone knows your name. Want to have a great time go to Phil's.. Vanessa, Liberty and Ryan will become your new Best Friends. The bartender, Liberty was so lovely and the food was delicious. I ordered the fig and gruyere grilled cheese with Tomato soup and was not disappointed! The Lavender Gin Lemonade was fantastic and the PB&J shots are perfect. Will definitely come back!
