We had a great dinner and experience. The service is impeccable, atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious. As for the tasting menu, I personally loved those single/.few bites portions, each one being a small discovery. The hake, the quails combination around mid-menu goes crescendo. There is a lot of technique but nothing artificial, lots of flavours but balanced, sophisticated yet authentic. In short, thorougly enjoyed it. As expected, just an extraordinary culinary experience. It did not matter that we went on a Sunday night. Top level service. Both the alcohol pairing and the non-alcohol pairing were sublime. Flavors were rich and deep without being overwhelming.
