We loved our dinner at Aska. The food is incredibly refined and thoughtfully crafted — every component on the plate has a purpose. Service was good however at times it felt slightly rushed. Service took about 2 hrs which I feel was decent but 1-2 courses came with little time in between. Not terrible but not accustomed to it. Food was outstanding all dishes was great. Except for maybe one but that's a preference thing Ambiance was dark I didn't love it tbh also they displayed the quail table side. This was such a special experience. The chefs tasting menu was delicious and each piece a work of art. There were many new flavors (for me). And dessert was like the finale at a fireworks display.
